please make a budget plan for the request for proposal assignment. the instructions are all written below, and please add a speaker note in the PPT. The graph is for using in the PPT. we will use 3 methods for researching, and I will attach an sample of charts I need. And another attachment is the content for this assignment. studying in Fiji sustainable tourism.
Maximum budget is $100,000, THE CHART is in the PPT I uploaded, for the budget, the first 4 are name of people (can be random), and the two fees below MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE CHART.
Below are our plan, please make a budget according to those 3.
1. Literature review research. (1-2 PEOPLE IS ENOUGH)
Sampling – who, want, when, where, how
Who, what, how will you talk to them, where will you talk to them
2. Surveys research (Google Sheets) (1-2 PEOPLE IS ENOUGH)
Random sample, maybe go to Fiji within a year
online survey
In early September 2022, for a period of one year.
3. Face-to-face interviews (hotel industry, tourism industry, catering industry) (NEED TO HIRE 2 PEOPLE A WEEK TO DO INTERVIEW, AND INCLUDING LIKE COFFEE SPENT IN IT)
Start looking for interviewees in October, and send emails/linkedin to interviewees in mid-October
Sending 100 emails may only get 50 replies.
Interviews are expected to take place in mid-November (two interviewers, the interview lasts about a week).
The content of the interview will be sorted out in mid-December.
INSTRUCTION FOR THIS PART:
● Budget
– Identify how your team will complete all work within the budget proposed.
– Consider the costs of hiring research assistants. Assume that leading Senior
Consultants cost $100 per hour, and Research Assistants (Ras) cost $50 per hour
▪ Senior consultants can do everything an RA can as well as write
surveys/interview guides, analyze data, prepare reports, give
presentations.
▪ RAs can collect data (e.g. surveys, interviews), analyze data under
supervision of a senior consultant, organize logistics etc.
▪ Consult with the instructor if you have questions about the tasks and who
might be responsible.
– Consider the time needed to set up data collection, conduct data collection, analyze
data and prepare written reports and presentations. This should be presented in
a table format

The objective
The purpose of this project is to find out which factor is most important for plant growth: sunlight, water, or quality of soil
Outcome
The outcome of the project is to better understand how “terroir”, the growing elements of wine can impact the outcome of a plant. This is highly relatable to wine in that wine has different tastes, smells, and output based upon the “terroir”, also known as the growing environment of the grapes
Methods/Materials
In research there is a control and a variable in which is tested. The control is a constant or can be thought of as the standard. The variable is one element that is altered from the standard to test if it makes a difference or not. Students should plant two plants.Variables include: amount of water given, sunlight, and soil/fertilizer. Therefore, a standard method of 2 of these variables will be the same and the other variable will be altered. Each student will then do research on the plant and the controlled elements and decide on a way to manipulate the variable. Students will need to go to a store and purchase, soil, 2 pots, and seeds of a fruit or vegetable to grow. Students will be assigned a sub-group on an iLearn discussion board to investigate how other students growing conditions change. After conducting research each student will be responsible for coming up with their hypothesis. Each week students will record what is happening with each plant. Upon completion of the experiment (week 13) each student will write a research paper about their findings.
For Example:
Students will grow broccoli
Students will conduct research to investigate optimal growing methods for broccoli pertaining to water. The optimal method will be the control. As San Francisco has a unique climate, they will then investigate similar fruits/vegetables, climatic conditions, water retention based upon the soil given. Each student will then be responsible for two plants in their home, the control plant and the variable. The reason for 2 plants is due to that every student’s housing location is different and the control will help to compare more accurately with the other group members.

Discussion of how those 3 articles relate to the textbook reading/topic and/or their usefulness to someone in the sport tourism industry as well as well as a personal response to the articles.

ARTICLE CRITIQUE ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS
OVERVIEW
In this course, you will submit 2 Article Critiques. The critiques are designed for you to explore
research related to current topics in sport tourism, to make connections between the research and
the texts, and to make applications to practitioners working in the sport tourism industry.
INSTRUCTIONS
Each Article Critique will summarize and apply 3 peer-reviewed journal articles that are related
to the topics presented in the course.
 The first critique must consist of 3 articles related to a single topic from Modules 1, 2, or 3.
The Article Critiques must be written in current APA format (including in-text citations). The
Article Critiques must include the following items:
 A title page (this must state your name, TOUR 603, the chosen topic, and the date).
 An abstract summarizing the topic.
 The body of the critique (1,500-1,800 words not counting the title page or reference list).
 A reference list in current APA format.
Each Article Critique must begin with either a brief summary of the study’s purpose, the sample,
and the method applied or a summary of the theoretical foundation for the paper (this will
depend on whether your articles are scientific studies or theoretical articles). Additionally, you
must discuss significant findings and/or the main points of the articles. The summary of each
article must be approximately 300-400 words. Following the 3 summaries, you must include a
discussion of how those 3 articles relate to the textbook reading/topic and/or their usefulness to
someone in the sport tourism industry as well as well as a personal response to the articles.
The Article Critiques must be written in your own words and must not include direct quotations.
Note: Your assignment will be checked for originality upon submission.
