1 Content refers to the treatment of the topic logically and analytically. This is the substance, the “what” of the paper; what you had to say about the topic, what you presented in defense of your position, and what your analysis revealed about thought processes and grasp of the material you grappled with. Content also refers to the use of the concepts taught during past classes.
2 Organization is the way your paper is presented, including both the overall organization and the arrangement of sub-parts. These include relevant title and subheadings; introductory material, where needed; connective and transitional links; and what used to be called “rhetoric”: the skillful arrangement of the pieces for maximum persuasive impact on the reader.
3 Mechanics refers to the use of Spelling and Grammar check, the use of Standard English, the basics of sentence structure and punctuation, and effective and sensitive word choice usage.
This assignment must use the following format when submitted:
• FONT size: 12 (Times New Romans ONLY for both headings and body of assignment)
• FONT color: only black
• 1.5 spaced content
• Very important: A MINIMUM OF 4 pages is requested (6 pages maximum)

INTRODUCTION
This team assignment allows you to demonstrate your knowledge of the Marketing Mix strategies, which are essential for successful marketing. As a result, the assignment addresses the critical thinking skills of concept application and strategy formulation, the marketing functional area skills of the Marketing Mix (4Ps), written communication skills, as well as your creativity skills.
By working in a team, you will use the information provided and additional information obtained on your own to create the Marketing Mix strategies of your unique theme park. The market is domestic or global and the theme park is a physical location.
You must apply the concepts learned for the product (chapters 7 and 8), pricing (chapter 9), Place (chapters 10 and 11), and Promotion (chapters 12, 13, and 14) in your textbook.

Last, is the “Situational Analysis” which is an old assignment for the project that I have only attached for you to use as a reference for past work my team and I have done this semester for this project.
Now let me clarify exactly what parts of this report you must do. You will only be doing the parts labeled with “(Johnny)”, so you will be doing the Research Objectives and the Client Research Questions. They should each makeup at least half a page, for a total of one page together. Next, you will be doing one of the discussion findings, “Customer’s attitudes towards outdoor apparel brands and sustainability”. It will be helpful to use the “Qualitative Research Topline Data Analysis” attachment for this discussion question. Last, you will be doing Appendices 2, “Includes all questions from research interviews and survey”. Use the “Qualitative Research Topline Data Analysis” and the “VFC x Suffolk U Survey” to list all the questions for the appendices.
