CCARC partnered with students and their mission is to make people aware of workers with IDD and the value their bring to the community. Therefore, as a training consultant I have to create a training based on challenges and/or gaps that have to do with hiring workers with IDD and working with them. As well as the process of the training, how often is the training, and all the components in between. On the manager end and on the employees end. What training can be made to make managers and/or employees more comfortable and able to understand IDD workers.
